This program is best suited for individuals seeking a structured environment who are committed to maintaining stability, accountability, and respect within a shared community.

Program participation is designed to be affordable with shared living options starting at $750 per month. This includes utilities, Wi-Fi, and a furnished shared living environment as part of the program. A one-time $250 non- refundable program fee is required upon acceptance.

Applications are typically made by contacting the housing program directly or through a referral from a social service agency, probation officer, discharge planner, or case manager. The process usually includes an intake assessment, providing required eligibility documents, and a short interview. Applicants should also expect to pay the first month’s rent along with a non-refundable intake fee.

Yes. This is a strictly drug- and alcohol-free program to ensure a safe and stable environment for all residents.

To maintain safety and comfort in a shared environment, visitors are not permitted inside the home. Residents are welcome to meet with friends and family off-site.

Failure to follow program guidelines may result in removal from the program. These standards are in place to maintain safety, structure, and consistency for all residents.
